Harapaki Wind Farm
SGRE / Universal Cranes - Full Crane & Assembly

Harapaki Wind Farm

Harapaki will be New Zealand’s second-largest wind farm with 41 turbines generating 176 MW of renewable energy, enough to power over 70,000 average households. The construction will take around three years and is expected to create 260 new jobs.

OzWind Founder, Adam Dodd, was engaged by Universal Cranes one week after the launch of OzWind. Universal Cranes is the Head Contractor delivering the Full Crane & Assembly work package, and appointed Adam as their Contract Manager, and Contractors Representative to turbine supplier Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.
